As the coordinator for a think tank which occurs to operate online, I am constantly speaking with innovators, inventors, and inventive geniuses about their ideas and latest new concepts. Now then, I will admit some of these concepts are absolutely ridiculous, and completely laughable, but others do make a lot of sense, and a number of them might even change the way you live. Often they solve the problem within our society or civilization, or they make an organization better, or make our way of life little easier.
They say that; “necessity is the mother of invention,” and there is probably an excellent amount of truth for that, at the very least from my own observations and experiences. And each and every time we appear to have an issue, someone comes along with a solution, plus an invention or innovation to go in addition to it. However, before they can place their invention towards the marketplace, they must go and acquire Inventhelp Corporate Headquarters. It’s amazing exactly how much it costs to have a genuine patent filed, to do the patent search, to complete all the paperwork, and you need to wait.
We hear a whole lot within our society about “winning the long run” and all of that generally seems to strike a chord with America, our company is saying yes, we want to progress mankind, we want our nation to get on the leading edge as we go into the future, so we want our innovators, entrepreneurs, and inventors to visit out there and complete the work. Yes, that’s a noble calling, and I think that Americans are prepared to answer that call. But it’s just ludicrous, and insane for all of us to make them jump through a lot of hoops, and to create 1000s of dollars to file a patent, those funds may be used designing their first prototype within their garage.
It seems society is busy crushing business entrepreneur, and taking part in crony capitalism at no cost political war chest credits through large corporate lobbyists. We are doing everything in the world to crush the little guy, and then we are asking that middle class, those producers to pay for more in taxes. Have you been kidding me? Apparently not! We have been led to believe that that’s how you can move our nation forward. I would personally say to you personally America – that it’s not.
Last month I read a very interesting article in the LA times, inside the small business section on July 11, 2011. This article was titled; “Patent Bill Creates Worry for Independent Inventors – US Legislation Would Alter the System to Paper Those First to submit Ideas,” by Cynthia’s Zwhalen. The content noted the average patent took 33.9 months to achieve, and that the Inventhelp Office and Trademark Office features a backlog at the time of May 2011 of 703,000, 175.
Those statistics are very scary, even more scary than the cost to submit a concept patent, by the time you get done with the drawings, the patent search, the patent attorneys, as well as the filing fees – basically, you’re easily taking a look at between 15,000 to 25,000 dollars. Without a patent someone will just rip you off, steal your idea, and mass produce it in China then sell it off around the globe. It doesn’t sound right to participate in a game that is rigged.
Worse, there exists a terrible problem with intellectual property being stolen from Americans. And if we have been to win the long run, we need to protect ourselves, and that we need a small amount of tea, as well as a little help from the federal government to travel on the market and allow us to. When you file a patent, it doesn’t mean anything, you still need to protect yourself, and hire lawyers to go after anyone who attempts to rip them back, which costs a lot more than filing a patent.
Not to mention the reality that when a Corporation has somehow violated Inventhelp Innovation News, they could run you of income, since they have in-house lawyers, until you finally have to quit. Which simply adds insult to injury to the nearly 3 years it took to obtain your patent, and all sorts of the price you’ve already put up front. The world needs these inventions and innovations now, not just for renewable energy, new transportation devices, and better products and services that are safer for your environment, but we need that tznwus businesses can get started, and start hiring Americans, and acquire people back to work.
The federal government says it’s working on the problem, and maybe it thinks it really is, however when I look back and scan the last decade, all I see are the problems that they’ve designed with a massive bureaucracy which has gotten us for this point, rather than put us within the driver’s seat, in the first place. I might submit to you that everything many of these gentlemen are performing to fix the problem, isn’t working, and we would have been more satisfied without any from it, we should have saved the amount of money. Please consider all of this and think onto it.
